The fifth Generation Ammonia Desulfurization Technology Application in Coking Industry

    Applicable scope of sodium based dry desulfurization:
    The waste gas treatment of gas boiler, hot blast furnace and coking furnace in iron and steel industry is suitable for projects with sulfur content less than 1000mg/Nm³, and the best reaction flue gas temperature is about 200 ℃.
    Process characteristics:
    1. Simple process, less one-time investment, low operating cost, small floor area, simple operation and maintenance, all dry treatment, effectively avoiding the generation of large white smoke chimney.
    2. The catalyst of denitration system is modularized, which is convenient for catalyst replacement. Denitration reactor is composed of multiple independent units, which can be used for online maintenance of equipment or catalyst replacement. A single unit is designed for maintenance, which does not affect the normal operation of other units.
    3. The content of SO3 in flue gas is very low, and the oxidation rate of SO2 by denitration catalyst is less than 0.5%. Before denitration, desulfurization is efficient, and the content of SO3 in flue gas after denitration catalyst is also very low. The flue gas temperature of the whole process is always far higher than the water dew point temperature and acid dew point temperature, so the purified flue gas temperature will not be lower than the acid dew point and cause corrosion, and will not produce acid rain around the chimney.
    4. The temperature drop of desulfurization and denitration system is small, about 20 ℃, which does not affect the subsequent waste heat boiler process.
    5. Working condition of Weifang Special Steel:
    Outlet flue gas temperature: ≥ 150 ℃
    SO2 content: 300mg /Nm ³
    NOx content: 230mg /Nm ³ (maximum, below 50mg/Nm ³ at ordinary times)
    Particle content: 5mg /Nm ³
    Bag filter area: 17000m²(single set)
    SO2 content at the outlet: 35mg/Nm ³
    Outlet particle content: 5mg /Nm ³
