Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. is a large coal, gas and oil comprehensive utilization chemical enterprise jointly established by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group and China Coal Energy through capital increase and share expansion. The flue gas desulfurization system (ammonia method) of the thermal power station of the phase-start project adopts the ammonia desulfurization process of Shandong Mingsheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., and the SO2 concentration in the flue gas after desulfurization under the design working conditions is ≤35mg/Nm3 (standard State, dry basis, 6% basic oxygen), dust content ≤ 5mg/Nm3 (standard state, dry basis, 6% basic oxygen), ammonia escape ≤ 3mg/Nm³, droplet concentration ≤ 75mg/Nm³. The entire device complies with safety, environmental protection, and industrial hygiene requirements, and the supplier carries out construction drawing design, equipment and material procurement, building installation and construction, training, stand-alone test run, and material feeding test run according to the requirements.

This project adopts the internal saturated crystallization process of Mingsheng environmental protection ammonia method tower, one boiler and one tower design, and two desulfurization towers for 5# and 6# boilers are newly built respectively, and a public ammonium sulfate treatment system is newly built at the same time, using liquid ammonia as the absorbent Sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is absorbed, and the ammonium sulfite generated by the absorption cycle is forced to oxidize by the blown air to form an ammonium sulfate solution. Automatic ammonium sulphate post-processing system for separation, drying and packaging of ammonium sulphate. The desulfurization system consists of a flue gas system, an absorption circulation system, an oxidation air system, an ammonium sulfate post-treatment system, a process water system, an overhaul and exhaust system, a water washing circulation system and integrated dust removal equipment.

At 15:48 on March 23, 2021, a 168h full-load operation test was carried out on the 5# and 6# boilers of the thermal power station, and it ended at 15:48 on March 30, 2021. The boiler load, outlet flue gas flow rate, The concentration of sulfur dioxide at the outlet meets the requirements, and the full-load operation test has been successfully completed.

This project has become another benchmark project in Mirshine's ammonia desulfurization project.
