Ordos Northwest Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the large state-owned enterprise Anhui Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group Corporation. Its main business is coal-to-methanol, with a planned output of 300,000 tons per year and a total investment of 1.92 billion yuan.
The desulfurization device of this project is designed according to 2×130t/h+1×90t/h boiler, the flue gas at the entrance of the desulfurization tower is 400,000Nm³/h, the flue gas of the boiler adopts the wet ammonia desulfurization process, and the flue tower is integrated to ensure the discharge indicators of the desulfurization tower outlet: Sulfur dioxide ≤ 35mg/Nm3, smoke concentration ≤ 5mg/Nm3.
